The BIP Mam-O-Guide® consists of two components – an application cannula and a localization wire with anchoring element that lies in stretched form in the distal end of the application cannula.
The localization wire is made of twisted Nitinol. The distal end of the BIP Mam-O-Guide® forms a ring-shaped anchoring element while applicated.
The application cannula made of medical grade stainless steel has a sharp tip, centimeter depth marks for direct visual assessment of insertion depth and a small handle.
The BIP Mam-O-Guide® is available in different lengths.
