BIP EvoCore® Biopsy Needle

The BIP EvoCore® Biopsy Needle is intended for removal of soft tissue samples for histological examination.
It is intended to be used only with a compatible reusable biopsy device.
It is intended for single-use and for transient invasive application.
With beveled tip.
Compatible with BIP EvoCore® and BARD® Magnum™ biopsy devices, and BIP Coaxial Cannula CC / CC-MR.
Indications are anomalies in soft tissues as breast, prostate, liver, kidney, lung or thyroid.

The BIP EvoCore® biopsy needle is made of medical-grade stainless steel and consists of an inner stylet with 19 mm sample notch and beveled tip, an outer cannula and a protective hose connected to the plastic needle holder. The outer cannula is equipped with centimeter depth marks for direct visual assessment of insertion depth.
The biopsy needles are sterile, available in different sizes (12G – 20G) and are color-coded according to diameter.
